Flight attendants or cabin crew (also known as stewards, air hosts/hostesses, or stewardesses) are members of an air-crew employed by the airlines or private air charger companies to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers aboard commercial flights as well as on select business and corporate jet aircraft. Almost all airlines will provide the training that you need to become a flight attendant. But to be competitive in today's market you should think about paying your way through your flight attendant training. You will probably have a better chance finding a flight attendant job if you have your Flight Attendant Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency.
