About Aero Club di Genova

Aero Club di Genova operates the Giorgio Parodi flight school from the north apron of Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport.

Its EASA Private Pilot course combines classroom and virtual theory with at least 45 hours of practical training, including solo flight, navigation, emergency procedures and preparation for the ENAC skill test. Licensed pilots can pursue additional familiarization for features such as retractable landing gear and variable-pitch propellers.

The club also offers introductory flights in a Piper PA-28. Founded in 1928, it moved to the developing Genoa airport in 1959 and today operates classrooms, hangars and maintenance facilities on the airport.
