For school representatives
Claim or create your school profile
If you own, manage, or are authorized to represent a school, start with our existing registration and claim flow. Once your relationship is verified, you can work with the appropriate account tools to manage eligible profile information.
Request a factual correction
For a correction to a school name, address, phone number, website, program detail, or other factual listing information, use our contact page. Include the exact listing URL, the information that needs correction, the proposed correction, and a link or document that supports it. We may ask for additional verification before changing a listing.
What this process does not change
A listing correction or claim does not remove, rewrite, or suppress a review simply because a school disagrees with it. Reviews are handled under our Reviews & Community Guidelines. If a review violates those guidelines, use its Report button.
How requests are handled
We review requests for completeness and may verify that the requester is authorized to act for the school. We can correct clear factual errors, but we may decline changes that are unsupported, misleading, promotional, or inconsistent with reliable information. We do not guarantee a particular listing position, visibility, enrollment outcome, or response time.
For students and visitors
If you spot an inaccurate public fact, please report it through the contact page. For a review concern, use the review’s Report button instead. Do not send sensitive personal information through a correction request.
