Reviews are most helpful when they describe a real, first-hand experience and give future students useful context. We welcome honest feedback—positive or negative—when it follows these guidelines.
For reviewers
Write from your own experience
Share what you personally experienced with a school, program, instructor, aircraft, or customer service interaction. Be specific, fair, and relevant. Explain the circumstances that shaped your view, and distinguish facts from opinion.
What not to post
Do not post invented or copied reviews, advertising, conflicts of interest that are not disclosed, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or private information such as phone numbers, email addresses, medical details, student records, or payment details. Do not impersonate another person or claim an experience you did not have.
How moderation works
We may review, edit for formatting, decline, hide, or remove content that appears to violate these guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. A report does not automatically remove a review, and a school’s disagreement with an honest review is not by itself a reason to remove it.
Report a review
Use the Report button shown with a review to flag spam, inappropriate content, a suspected fake review, offensive language, or another concern. The reporting tool sends the concern to our moderation process. For other site-content concerns, use our contact page and include the page URL and a clear description.
For schools
Schools are encouraged to respond professionally where a response is available. Do not pressure people to remove reviews or submit reviews on another person’s behalf. To correct factual listing information, follow the Listing Corrections & Claims process.
