About Aircraft Support and Training Europe (ASTEU)

Aircraft Support and Training Europe (ASTEU) operates an EASA-approved helicopter training center at Kaunas International Airport. Flight programs include private and modular commercial helicopter licences, instrument and night qualifications, ATPL(H) theory, flight-instructor and simulator-instructor courses, and aircraft-specific training.

Type and simulator work covers Mi-8/17 variants, Cabri G2, AS355NP, and AS350/EC130 helicopters, including recurrent, search-and-rescue, external-load, mountain, offshore, formation, and night-vision training where applicable. Its Part-147 maintenance division trains airframe, powerplant, and avionics personnel, and the center also offers CRM, MCC, dangerous-goods, first-aid, firefighting, survival, and aviation-English courses.
