About Angelo State University

Angelo State University Commercial Aviation offers three 120-credit Bachelor of Commercial Aviation tracks in San Angelo.

The fixed-wing Flight Operations track combines a university education with FAA-approved Part 141 courses delivered through partner Skyline Aviation. Students progress through Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine, CFI and CFII training and complete at least 250 logged flight hours.

Aviation Administration covers airport management, aviation law, regulations, accounting, marketing, leadership and crew resource management. Air Traffic Operations uses simulated tower, radar and enroute laboratories at Texas's only FAA Enhanced AT-CTI and CTO-P institution.
