About CAT Civil Aviation Training Europe
CAT Civil Aviation Training Europe is an EASA Theory Approved Training Organization based at Worms Airfield and specializing exclusively in distance learning.
Its certified airplane and helicopter theory courses cover PPL and LAPL, CPL, instrument ratings and ATPL. Additional subjects include competency-based and basic instrument ratings, high-performance airplanes, multi-engine helicopters and airplane-helicopter bridge courses.
Students use CAT's e-learning application, electronic or printed courseware, online progress tests and continuous instructor support. Required classroom seminars and practical flight training are completed through a student's partner Approved Training Organization rather than at CAT Europe.
