Eagle Aviation operates its flight school from Columbia Metropolitan Airport in West Columbia, South Carolina. Its flexible FAA Part 61 private-pilot program uses Cirrus SR20 G2 and G6 aircraft with Avidyne or Garmin avionics, and includes personalized scheduling, progress tracking, ground-study support and discovery flights.

The school also provides recurrent and transition instruction for licensed pilots and can conduct tailwheel-endorsement training in a qualified owner's aircraft. Advanced ratings are referred to partner schools rather than advertised as in-house programs. Eagle Aviation's broader operation includes FBO and line services, aircraft maintenance and avionics, parts, detailing, charter and aircraft sales at its KCAE and KCUB locations.
