About Greater Flint Pilots Association

Greater Flint Pilots Association is a nonprofit, equity-based flying club at Bishop International Airport in Flint.

Members share four aircraft: a Cessna 172SP, two Cessna 182 models and a Piper Archer III. Flight instructors within the membership provide aircraft checkouts, currency and flight-review work, instrument training, commercial-pilot training and flight-instructor preparation for club members.

The association was incorporated in 1975 and supports member flying with online scheduling, safety meetings and proficiency requirements.
