About Marywood University

Marywood University offers two 120-credit Aviation Management BBA paths: Pilot/Flight Operations for professional-pilot preparation and Airline/Airport Management for the business and operational side of aviation.

Pilot-track students complete ground and business coursework through Marywood and fly with FAA-approved Part 141 partner FlyGATEWAY. The published sequence covers Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor credentials. Training is available through the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport partnership, while Marywood's Philadelphia-area option combines online degree coursework with flying at Blue Bell Airport.

The campus program also includes an aviation flight simulator. The BBA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, and the university identifies the aviation program as FAA certified.
