About Resource Group Training

Resource Group Training, operated through LRTT Ltd, is now an aircraft-maintenance training organization rather than the former Cwmbran air-traffic-control college.

Its current portfolio includes UK CAA and EASA Part 66 licence modules and examinations, aircraft-maintenance apprenticeships, practical sheet-metal and composite-repair courses, licence-extension learning and self-paced or instructor-led online programs. Training facilities are at Cotswold, Humberside and Luton airports.

The Resource Group training division began in 2003 through a joint venture with Lufthansa Technical Training, gained EASA Part 147 approval in 2004–2005 and later expanded into maintenance academies, apprenticeships and digital course delivery.
