Capitol Technology University Aviation Professional Pilot

Capitol Technology University Aviation Professional Pilot is a 120-credit Bachelor of Science program based at the university's Laurel, Maryland campus.

The curriculum combines aviation operations, safety, regulations, technology and aeronautical science with partner-delivered flight training. Students progress through Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, CFI and CFII, with Commercial Multi-Engine and optional Multi-Engine Instructor courses.

The FAA authorizes qualifying graduates for the 1,000-hour Restricted Airline Transport Pilot pathway. Flight training is offered through partner providers at Fort Meade Executive, Lee, Frederick Municipal and Martin State airports rather than at the currently listed College Park Airport.
