Aero-Tech A&P operates an aircraft-mechanic certification preparation center in Spring, Texas.

Its full Airframe and Powerplant course covers the three written examinations, oral and practical preparation, and coordination of a Designated Mechanic Examiner appointment. Separate options cover oral and practical preparation, Airframe or Powerplant add-on ratings, written examinations and Inspection Authorization test preparation.

This is a focused preparation program for applicants who already meet FAA experience or approved-school eligibility requirements, rather than a full ab-initio aviation-maintenance curriculum. New sessions begin weekly, and the site includes a testing center.
