International Institute of Travel & Business

The International Institute of Travel & Business is a registered Ontario career college in downtown Toronto.

Its Flight Attendant Diploma is offered in hybrid and online formats. Coursework covers in-flight service, airline terminology, passenger handling, aircraft types, cabin duties, safety regulations, evacuation procedures, emergency equipment and first aid. The institute states that this career-preparation course does not replace the mandatory training delivered by an employing airline.

The wider school also teaches travel and tourism, airline tariff and ticketing, SABRE and Amadeus reservations, hospitality and business. It has operated since 1983 from its Carlton Street campus and works with travel-industry organizations including IATA and TICO.
