About Western Air Flight Academy - Colorado Air and Space Port
Western Air Flight Academy's Colorado Air and Space Port campus is the successor to Alliance Flight Training in Watkins. It offers both structured Part 141 and flexible Part 61 instruction for private, instrument, commercial single- and multiengine, CFI, CFII, MEI, and ATP qualifications, plus flight reviews, instrument proficiency checks, and mountain-flying courses.
As part of the American Flight Schools family, students and members have access to a multi-location fleet of Cessna, Piper, Diamond, Cirrus, and Tecnam aircraft. The operation also provides discovery flights, post-private aircraft rental, ground instruction, and flying-club membership.
