Description

General Lee Aviation is a fixed-wing flight school and Aircraft Maintenance Organization at Wetaskiwin Regional Airport, with an additional base at Lacombe Regional Airport.

Wetaskiwin programs include the Recreational Pilot Permit, Private and Commercial Pilot Licences, night and VFR-over-the-top ratings, instrument training and flight-instructor training. Students train in high- and low-wing aircraft with an ALSIM AL250 simulator, and the school supports aviation examinations and international students.

The operator also offers discovery and scenic flights and certified aircraft maintenance. General Lee Aviation was founded in 2023 and acquired Wetaskiwin Air Services and Absolute Aviation in 2025, continuing their local aviation operations.
