Why learn to fly?

Learning to fly will be one of your most amazing and gratifying achievements in life; guaranteed.  Becoming a pilot will open your eyes to a whole new world.  I was just 14 years old when I started my flight training.  Fast forward 21 years and flying is on my mind just about every single day of my life.  It’s a passion I’ve had ever since I started flying and its only getting stronger.

Why learn to fly?

People become pilots for many different reasons.  Some want to make flying a career and some just want to fly for the pure joy of flying.  As a commercial pilot you get the best of both worlds.  Not only do you get to fly but you get paid for it.  Experienced airline pilots can easily make well over six figures per year.  It’s a fairly long process to get up to making six figures but it will be well worth it.

If you fly for business then flying your own aircraft would be a cost effective and time saving tool.  Being able to fly to and from your appointments any time you want without having to wait in long lines at the airport is a major benefit.  The potential tax benefits of flying your own aircraft for business would be well worth learning to fly.

It doesn’t matter if you plan on flying as a commercial pilot, for business, or just as a hobby.   There’s just nothing like jumping in an airplane and flying around the open sky.  When you become a pilot, you also join a very small and tight knit community of like-minded aviators like yourself.  You will befriend many great aviators as you set out on your aviation adventures.
