Description

J. F. Aviation operates an airplane flight school and maintenance shop at Joliet Regional Airport. Its full-time instructors teach Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor courses, along with flight reviews, ground instruction and introductory flights. Training and rental aircraft include two-seat Cessna 150 and four-seat Cessna 172 models.

The pilot center carries Jeppesen and ASA training materials, charts, headsets and other flight supplies. Its maintenance department performs annual and 100-hour inspections, airworthiness-directive and service-bulletin work, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and airframe, engine and accessory repairs for modern, antique and vintage single- and multi-engine aircraft.
