Lund University School of Aviation (TFHS)

Lund University School of Aviation (TFHS) is the flight-school unit within Lund University's Department of Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences at Campus Ljungbyhed.

Its 500-credit vocational airline-pilot program integrates theory, single-engine flying, synthetic training and supervised airline placement. No previous flight experience is required, and graduates receive an MPL(A) qualifying them to work as airline first officers in Europe. TFHS also offers a later-stage bachelor's program for experienced professional pilots.

Commissioned programs support Swedish Air Force transport and special-mission pilots with basic flight training and integrated multi-engine, instrument and multi-crew preparation. In partnership with Folkuniversitetet, TFHS also teaches advanced UAS operations in EASA's specific category, including BVLOS, night and integrated-airspace operations.
