Description
SPU Flight Academy is an EASA-approved training organization and Swedish higher vocational school operating since 1989.
Its integrated airplane program leads to CPL(A), instrument and multi-engine qualifications, frozen-ATPL theory and APS MCC. The integrated helicopter program leads to CPL(H) with ATPL theory. Training uses Diamond DA40 and DA42 airplanes, Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters and FNPT II devices.
Administrative work, simulator sessions and part of the theory take place at Säve, while all flight operations and most theory are conducted at Lidköping-Hovby Airport. Airplane theory combines classroom, web-platform and distance study.
