Pennsylvania Western University’s Edinboro campus offers Applied Technology AAS with Aeronautic Science concentration. Students complete general education, technology, and business courses on campus or online while flight/ground training is delivered by FAA-certified partner schools.

Required flight sequence includes Private, Instrument, and Commercial ground/flight courses; CFI ground/flight electives and Intro to UAVs are available. Partners have included High Flight Academy and other Part 141 schools; flight costs are separate.

The accelerated ~60-credit model targets commercial, charter, and instructing careers in about 16–24 months without a traditional four-year aviation degree.
