Description
Prairie Aviation Training Centre is Prairie College's flight-training operation in Three Hills, Alberta, delivered in partnership with Mission Aviation Fellowship Canada.
Students can pursue aviation diploma and bachelor's degree pathways while completing flight modules for the Private Pilot Licence, night rating, Commercial Pilot Licence, instrument rating, multi-engine rating and multi-engine instrument rating. Additional modules cover tailwheel, mountain, complex-aircraft and upset-recovery flying.
Training resources include Cessna 172 aircraft, Citabrias, a Cessna R182, Cessna 210, Piper Seneca II, a Redbird FMX simulator and a Crosswind trainer. The centre also offers introductory flights.
