Description
Skydive East Texas is a family-owned drop zone in Gladewater with more than 20 years of experience. New skydivers can begin with tandem instruction or follow the operation's structured student program toward independent skydiving.
The license progression starts with three tandem jumps, followed by ground school, seven Accelerated Freefall levels, lower-altitude hop-and-pop jumps and coach jumps as needed. Students complete at least 25 jumps and written and oral examinations to earn the USPA A License.
The drop zone also welcomes licensed sport jumpers and offers rental equipment.
