Description

Skydive K-State is the public name of the nonprofit Kansas State University Parachute Club, a registered K-State student organization that also welcomes the surrounding community. The club has been jumping since 1964 and operates at Abilene Municipal Airport.

Training includes tandem skydives and static-line first-jump courses with more than six hours of classroom and ground instruction. Students who continue toward a license receive one-on-one progression training, while licensed jumpers have access to sport jumping, rental gear and indoor packing space.

The club owns and operates a wide-body Cessna 182M with engine and propeller upgrades and also provides professional exhibition jumps.
