Description

Wallonie Aerotraining Network is the Walloon Region's aeronautical competence center in Gosselies, Charleroi.

Its DGTA- and EASA-approved cabin-crew course covers passenger safety, standard and emergency procedures, firefighting, survival, first aid, crew resource management and onboard service, leading successful students toward the European Cabin Crew Attestation.

WAN is also an EASA Part 147 maintenance training organization, approval BE.147.002, delivering Part 66 basic and type-related education for A1, A2, B1.1, B1.2 and B2 categories. Additional training spans aircraft structures and composites, nondestructive testing, ramp and passenger handling, flight operations, dangerous goods and recurrent technical subjects. The network was created in 1999 from an aviation training center established in 1987.
