Ag Wings of Tomorrow is a workforce-development scholarship for aspiring agricultural-aviation professionals. It combines financial support with required sponsorship from an active NAAA operator, helping recipients connect education to real industry experience.
Who can apply
Applicants must be sponsored by an NAAA Operator Member and use the award for eligible agricultural-aviation flight training, an operator-sponsored apprenticeship, or approved aviation or agriculture coursework. College-coursework applicants must meet the published 2.5 GPA standard.

Awards of up to $5,000 may pay for eligible flight instruction, a structured apprenticeship with an agricultural operator, or relevant college aviation and agriculture coursework.
