Who can apply
Applicants must be ADF members, be at least 23, meet English-language requirements, and be U.S. citizens or hold authorization to live and study in the United States through course completion. Each partner course may add requirements.

Each scholarship is a donated full-tuition seat in a participating aircraft-dispatcher certificate course. Recipients remain responsible for FAA examination fees, travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and remedial training costs.
