Carroll Aviation provides flight instruction and aircraft rental at Arthur N. Neu Municipal Airport in Carroll, Iowa. Its learn-to-fly program presents the private pilot pathway, including instructor-led, night, instrument, cross-country and solo flight experience.

Pilot and flight instructor Don Mensen operates the school with Amy Mensen. They have owned Carroll Aviation since 1998, and the City of Carroll contracts with the company to run the airport's day-to-day operations.
