Description
Desert Wings Flight School is an FAA Part 61 career-pilot school based at Falcon Field in Mesa, Arizona.
The training path runs from Private Pilot through Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor. Advanced options include CFII, commercial multi-engine, Multi-Engine Instructor and multi-engine time building. The school also offers discovery flights, flight reviews and instrument proficiency checks; its time-building path supports experience requirements but is not an ATP certificate course.
Students train in a Piper Archer II equipped for instrument work and a Piper Seneca II used for multi-engine programs. Desert Wings was founded in 2025 and operates from its on-airport office on East Falcon Drive.
