Description

Mitchinson Flight Centre is a flight-training institution at Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport and the flight-training provider for Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Commercial Pilot diploma.

Programs include the Recreational Pilot Permit, Private and Commercial Pilot Licences, night, VFR-over-the-top, multi-engine, instrument and flight-instructor ratings, a Professional Pilot Course and an integrated Airline Transport Pilot Licence pathway. Aircraft and a Redbird training device support primary and advanced instruction.

The centre also offers aircraft rentals, discovery and scenic flights and online ground-school options. Founded in 1946, it was acquired by PIC Investment Group in 2025.
