Description
Sault College operates college aviation programs in Sault Ste. Marie, with flight operations and its own hangar at Sault Ste. Marie Airport.
The Aviation Technology - Flight advanced diploma combines academic study with flight training that progresses through a private-pilot stage to the Commercial Pilot Licence, multi-engine flying and instrument procedures. Training uses college-owned Cirrus, Zlin and Piper multi-engine aircraft maintained by the college.
A separate Aviation - Commercial Pilot Operations diploma for international students begins in fall 2026 and follows an integrated Airline Transport Pilot pathway.
