Latino Professionals in Aerospace partners with airlines, training providers, manufacturers, and foundations to fund a broad range of aviation and aerospace career paths. The Spring 2026 portfolio included 12 opportunities spanning flight, maintenance, dispatch, engineering, degree study, and professional advancement.
Who can apply
General eligibility requires active LPA membership, a minimum age of 17, and enrollment or acceptance at an accredited training institution in the United States or its territories. Individual awards have additional certificate, program, age, employer, or career-path requirements.
What the award may cover
The portfolio supports flight training, ATP-CTP and type-rating preparation, aircraft-maintenance certification, dispatcher certification, aerospace degrees, and career advancement. Funds are paid directly to the certified educational institution.
